1 pack of Chicken thighs
1 can of diced tomatoes with jalapenos
3 spoons of creamy peanut butter (to taste)
1 jalapeno
1 green pepper
(optional) half a habanero or hungarian hot pepper
Chicken seasoning:
Pepper
Crushed red pepper
Garlic powder
Wash the chicken, put it in the crock pot, and add your seasoning. Chop up the peppers and dump them in. Dump the tomatoes in and spoon your peanut butter in.
I use a small crock pot for 2 people. If you use a larger one, you'll need to double the recipe or it may burn. Cook it on low all day or high for 3-4 hours will do the trick.
